Red Bull After Dark/J.O.B. Victory Party

Posted by Kacee ON February 9, 2010 • ArtEventsNewsSurfNo Comments

The idea was simple enough. Red Bull wanted to light up Pipeline during the night and get some different shots of their main boys. This was in the works before one of their main riders, Jamie O’Brien won the Volcom Pipeline Pro. What wasn’t in the works is that the night it ended up all going down just so happened to coincide with his victory.

It was also convenient that Pipeline is in Jamie’s backyard, and that all the Volcom boys were around to help out. The famed reef was lit with two stadium like lights placed in the backyards of the Volcom house and Jamie’s house.

No one knows what Red Bull got out of it yet as far as shots go. What is known is that a lot of people had head aches the following day from the rager that it all turned into.

Not a bad set up for a backyard party. Red Bull likes to do things right. Photo: Contrast
